Overview
Samara, a stunning Power Cat 80 by Pachoud, redefines luxury yachting by combining unparalleled comfort with sporty and adventurous qualities. This rare find stands head and shoulders above other yachts of its size, whether monohull or catamaran, offering an extraordinary sailing experience for those who desire both relaxation and adventure.
With a remarkable 31-foot beam and 4,000 square feet of living space, Samara provides more volume than many larger monohulls, ensuring a spacious and comfortable environment for all guests. Named after the “winged seed of the Sycamore tree,” Samara is designed to glide effortlessly and efficiently over long distances and shallow waters, thanks to its innovative design and minimum draft.
Samara is packed with cutting-edge features, including solar power technology and eco-friendly cork decks, catering to both the most adventurous and laid-back cruisers. The yacht’s expansive AFT DECK offers a sheltered al fresco dining area with an optional enclosure and a full barbecue grill. The starboard side boasts a full bar, perfect for enjoying cocktails or coffee while taking in the stunning views.
The MAIN SALON is an inviting space that brings the yacht to life with an open-plan galley, bar stools, and a comfortable lounge area. A concealed 55″ TV transforms this area for movie nights or catching up on the news. A few steps down from the main salon is a cozy sunken lounge, featuring a romantic fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings.
The forward-facing MASTER suite on the main deck is a true sanctuary, offering breathtaking views and abundant natural light. This open-plan suite includes an ensuite bathroom with designer waterfall taps, a walk-in wardrobe, and direct access to the private Jacuzzi deck, which serves as a full owner’s deck with ample privacy and luxurious lounging options.
Below deck, the port and starboard hulls house two elegant Queen staterooms, each with ensuite facilities, spacious showers, and ample storage. Aft in the starboard hull, a double bed with a Pullman bunk accommodates 2-3 additional guests, also with ensuite amenities.
The SUN DECK is reminiscent of a private garden in an exclusive villa, offering custom cabanas, chaise lounges, bean bags, and a ‘jump seat’ sun pad with panoramic views. As the sun sets, this deck transforms into a magical space for movie nights or elegant dinners under the stars.
For those who love water activities, the SWIM PLATFORM is the heart of the action. A hydraulic center stage secures wave runners underway and lowers for easy access to a variety of water toys, the yacht tender, and swimming. This area can also be transformed into a luxurious BEACH CLUB, complete with chairs and inflatable cushions.
Samara is available for charter in Greece, offering guests the perfect combination of luxury, innovation, and adventure. Explore the Mediterranean’s stunning coastline and hidden gems aboard this exceptional Power Cat 80 and experience a yachting adventure like no other.

Charter FAQs
What is A.P.A. ?
A.P.A. stands for Advanced Provisioning Allowance, which is a common term used in the chartering of yachts. This allowance is essentially a budget set aside in advance for the operational expenses of a yacht charter. These expenses typically include fuel, food and beverage for the passengers, port fees, mooring charges, and any other incidental expenses that may occur during the charter.
The A.P.A. is usually calculated as a percentage of the charter fee, often ranging from 30%, depending on the specifics of the charter. This budget is given to the yacht’s captain before the charter commences, allowing the crew to provision the yacht to the charterer’s preferences, covering all the necessary expenses during the trip.
At the end of the charter, the captain will provide a detailed account of all expenditures to the charterer. If the total expenses are less than the A.P.A., the remainder is refunded to the charterer. Conversely, if the expenses exceed the A.P.A., the charterer is responsible for covering the additional amount.
